Abstract: Mathematical modeling influence of the basic external destabilizing factors Is lead: elastic pressure and temperature, on target parameters magnetostrictive converters of movings. On the basis of the received results, the way of indemnification of their influence with the purpose of maintenance of parameters of the converter in a working range is offered.
