Abstract: A hypothesis about the proportionality of lateral forces perceived their shear stiffness of each compartment is accepted. We establish the relationship between parameters of the compartments and the shear stiffness ifluenced by the structural anisotropy, due to formation of folds in walls of the compartment during the loss of stability.
