Abstract: Using thermal and X-Ray diffracton analyses, the processes of phase and structure formation in 0-25 wt.% MoO3/γ-Al2O3 catalysts (undoped and doped with 0.5-2 wt.% Na2O) during their thermal treatment in air have been studied. The samples were subjected to thermal treatment in both temperature-programmed (10°C/min) and fixed-temperature (600, 800 and 1000°C, 6 h) regimes of heating.
