Abstract: Possibility of controlling positioning of process while ensuring the classic (by Pontryagin) phase trajectories with coor-dinates: the angle of rotation of the executive body - the speed of rotation of the executive body. Examples of implementation of management model in Mat lab Simulink and Delphi are given.
