Abstract: The main principles of forming, research and improvement of the management machinery for logistic system of regional passenger interurban bus transportation are formulated in the article. The stages of forming and improvement of the management machinery for logistic system are defined. The model of forming organization structure and procedure of forming the management machinery for logistic system of regional passenger interurban bus transport are proposed.
