Abstract: A structure and functions of civil society institutions as canals of information transmission among individuals, organizations and government are considered. The mechanism of mutual influence of trust type and level in the society and the maturity degree of civil society institutions are shown. Positive correlation between development level of civil society institutions and efficiency of institutional changes is discovered.
