Abstract: This paper is dedicated to studying influence railway irregularities on carriage underframes’ lifetime. An approach for prediction residual strength and lifetime of carriage underframes is developed. It is based on fuzzy sets appliance and allows connecting railway real state with existing grade method of assessment railway deviations. The algorithm of simulation mod-eling carriage motions along railway is described.
