Abstract: The mechanism of destruction of two-layer optical fibres on the basis of Tlbr is investigated. It is shown that a source of rupture at external dynamic loadings is accumulation of regional dispositions in places of the greatest internal pressure. The increase in density of dispositions and pressure occurrence leads to origin and dis-closing of microcracks in samples.
