Abstract: The article is devoted to analysis of laws of mechanism interaction of basic zones and technogenic territories. At recultivation lands, broken by the industry, destruction of an original ecosystem takes place. To what degree its elasticity inter-feres with technogenic ecosystem formation is the question.
