Abstract: Showed the main world views, ideas and principles of India, associated with ecological attitude of man to the world. Considered traditional beliefs of Buddhism and Jainism, the relationship between man and nature. The urgency and im-portance of philosophical approaches to solving environmental problems in these cultural and philosophical systems of India to other countries are described.
