Abstract: In this paper we discuss one of the aspects of self-organization of students of technical specialities at seminars devoted to solving advanced problems. We consider as an example a non-standard kinematic problem and demonstrate how gradual complifications of its conditions lead to new approaches to its solution, lead to new approaches to its solution and creative mind development; in particular, students take an ability to state new problems on their own.
