Abstract: The mechanism of without - explosion technologies of mined rock extraction at opencast is considered. The review of destruction ways of strong grounds with the help of crush rocks with immersed working body is spent. The volume of broken ground with the set strength is defined. Schemes of without - explosion destruction technology of construction-state non-metallic materials are developed.
