Abstract: For a correct interpretation of experimental studies at laboratory and field tests for opaque materials at the initial stage of destruction process monitoring it is necessary to register the change of parameters of quasi-stationary electric fields and in parallel, control the parameters of pulsed electromagnetic radiation.
