Abstract: There was presented the results of the analysis of electricity consumption by consumers-citizens of Topkinsky area. There was given the structure of charges for electricity consumers-citizens, the volume of commercial losses of network companies because of the incorrect conduct of charges. There was presented activities that help reduce power losses of the company and increase the energy efficiency of electric power transmission.
