Abstract: The expert estimation of Krasnaya Gorka historical area as object of cultural heritage (noteworthy place) is given. Possibilities of the area attribution to historical and cultural reserve are studied. Recommendations about preservation of a noteworthy place and the historical and cultural monuments located in its territory are developed.
