Abstract: Methodological apparatus which allows getting the whole range of mathematical models of exploitation of the technical systems of machine building complexes was offered. This method allows taking down the decision of integral-differential equations systems to the decision of algebraic equations systems with further testing of originals of received expressions (formulas) for the main reliability indexes.
