Abstract: In article features state migrations politics in Siberia on a boundary XIX - XX centuries are investigated. On the basis of an actual material the structure and the competence are analysed, the basic tendencies and directions of activity migrations the organizations West-Siberian region are revealed. A basis for a writing of the article became not published earlier materials taken from 12 funds of five regional and central archives.
