Abstract: Features and forms of interaction of subjects of small and large business in process of innovation from positions of disclosure of their system-functional interrelation are considered. Stages, elements and functions of an innovative infrastructure of interaction of managing subjects, their role in formation, development of innovative model of the Russian economy are investigated.
