Abstract: Evaluation of application effectiveness of modern methods of spectral emission analysis lubricant is presented. On the example of the reducer of the cutting part of the tunnel boring machine CM-130K is shown the accuracy of the results of fore-casting efficiency "mechanism - oil" system.
