Abstract: A method making decisions when choosing preventive measures aimed at warning accidents, incidents, accidents and environmental damage is proposed. The mathematical model is built, based on statistics of accidents and injuries in "Southern Kuzbass Power Plant" for 2000-2010 years taking into account the annual costs of their prevention.
