Abstract: The article is dedicated to the analysis of the theoretical and methodological approaches study the socio-economic relations have been classified, revealing features of the interaction of the worker and the employer in the labor market, in terms of new technologies and innovations in the real economy. Institutional nature of the labor market was analysed formal and informal elements of the interaction of the worker and the employer.
