Abstract: The results of a poll of residents of the Kemerovo region of awareness about the systems of e-services and e-government. The theory as a methodological platform metamotivation data analysis of sociological research. On an example of the data collected shows that awareness can act as a regulator of social behavior metamotivational personality.
