Abstract: The functionality and interface of the information and analytical system estimation of coordination level of economic interests of subjects of industrial policy in the region are described. Calculating algorithm for the growth and acceleration of motion indicators of economic activity by two ways is examined. Calculation results of the coherence of the economic interests of the subjects for Kuzbass regional industrial policy in 1998 - 2008 years are given.
