Abstract: Existing methods of display of difficult systems from the point of view of entropijno-information laws are analysed, the additional theoretical substantiation on the basis of strict mathematical proofs and with working out of settlement formulas for an estimation of technological uncertainty and completeness of each repartition and the scheme as a whole is given them.
