Abstract: The technique of experimental researches of dimensional joint running-in (DJR) hardened machine parts cyclical durability is proved as being topical. The submissions about intercoupling of deformation accumulation and metal plasticity reserve exhaustion with hardened surface layer microhardness change during cyclical fatigue loading are trusted to in the basis of a technique.
