Abstract: The analysis of consumption of reactive power is carried out and actual values of factors of reactive power on delivery points are defined as exemplified by one of consumers of the Kemerovo region. Results of calculations of technical losses are presented at actual factor of reactive power and maximum permissible value. The recommendations for decreasing in losses of the network companies related to transfer are made.
