Abstract: Results of researches of structural changes of initial products, half-finished products and спеченных firm alloys at different stages of technological process of manufacturing are stated. Data on influence on structure and properties of alloys of technology factors are systematised: structures of initial components, temperatures, restoration and carbidization, duration, way of having ground and etc.are resulted . The concrete results for alloy TiC – NiTi are given.
