Abstract: Specialities and laws of functioning of the institute of co-ordination business interests and power in Kuzbass in time of stable development and financial economic crisis are discussed in this article. For the first time the estimates of dynamic activities of co-ordinating level of individual business-subject are given (The Kuzbass fuel company).
