Abstract: The measures for perfection of labour motivation is offered based on analysis remuneration of labor and bonus payment on the russian coal enterprises. Analysis existing new labour motivation systems on foreign leading enterprises was made. The offered measures meet the requirements of market economy favour the increase in labour productivity and interest workers in results of enterprise activity.
