Abstract: The solution of the problem of the correlation evaluation of corrosion resistance of the operating units of food machines based on the example of emulsifier is proposed. It is established that the jet-abrasive working can serve as the effective method of preparation for restoration and strain hardening of the worn working surfaces of the food machines, which work in the usual and aggressive media.
