Abstract: There’s considered the time-spatial capacity of transport flow as the criterion of evaluation of the intensity of negative action on the environment under the urban conditions for motion through the prism of the concept of the employment of the section of road. Is proven the high effectiveness of the procedure of the estimation of the level of the ecological load, based on the use of a capacity of transport flow.
