Abstract: The system of support and decision making was portrayed for preliminary ranking of investment projects, that were composed from schemes of mathematical models, algorithms of their analysis and a program complex named "KARMA". There was given a decree and resolution of real problem valuing the effect of an investment project on developing eight trends of economic activity relying on the example of Krasnoyarsk region.
