Abstract: Questions of motor transport work in marketing systems of the food-processing industry from a position of the logistical approach are considered. Technological features of manufacture, accumulation of shipping parties and the organization of delivery of finished goods to consumers are taken into account. On the basis of offered double-stage process of distribution of the goods rational routes of transportations of cargoes of the food-processing industry are formed.
