Abstract: Functionality and the interface of the automated system of calculation and estimation of cost of a construction of nonrigid road pavement for highways of the common usage are presented. The structure of a database consisting of 42 tables on which basis the program complex functions is resulted. The subsystems which are a part of the complex of programs are considered.
