Abstract: The mathematical model of distribution of traffic flow on routes of city passenger transport is considered at possibility of moving to destination with change. A task in view of optimization of the market of city passenger transportations is set up. Existence of Nash’s balance in a case of exponential distributions of cost of a passenger-hour is proved.
