Abstract: Results of mathematical description of statistical sequence of Wolf’s numbers from 1642 up to 2004 year by method of superposition of orbital cycles of Solar System planets, developed by authors are stated. High accuracy of settlement estimations of a time course of cycles of solar activity is revealed. Connection of periodic depressions of solar activity with climatic anomalies of type of Small Glacial ages is established. The forecast of tendencies and time periods of lithosperic, hydrosperic atmospheric activity and processes in a society is given.
