Abstract: In article the problems revealing defects at an early stage, forecasting of their development and accuracy an estimation residual resource are considered. The revealed problems are offered to be decided through the stationary monitoring system. The problems of introduction are considered, the necessary conditions of its work are defined, the characteristic points in-stallation of gauges come to light.
