Abstract: The results of experimental and industrial work on the creation of innovative technology development of stocks of ore deposits in the safety industry and completely under water objects on the principle of a combination of systems development and change their structural elements , extraction procedure, distribution of stress concentration zones and dynamic phenomena in shock hazardous conditions.
