Abstract: Comprehensive statistical analysis of number of personnel in the country, engaged in research and development in education is fulfilled. Number of staff as a special socio-demographic category is studied, a statistical analysis of number of personnel on the basis of time series analysis in-district structure and identified the closest district in terms of number of person-nel by the method of the cluster analysis and rating is investigated.
