Abstract: Mathematical model of forest complex in the region is formulated, which presents logging companies and company ofdeep processing. Products of companies may be sold on the domestic market or exported. Proposed reformat the original problem, present it in the form of a set of models of "agents" and carry out the calculations with regard to their interaction is proposed.
