Abstract: Scientific foundations for plasma processing on non-regenerable nickel-zirconium catalysts are developed. Thermodynamic possibility for obtaining a dual phase product ZrC - Ni with controllable component ratio under reduction of oxides mixture by hydrocarbons in the temperature range of 2500 - 5500 K.
