Abstract: The analysis of the modern methods applying for the determination of the filtration properties of rocks and estimation of the geometric dimensions of the wellbore zone with changed permeability are given. The physical model showing the supply the fluid through the borehole model and its subsequent filtering in equivalent materials is described. The results of the laboratory modeling of the permeability variation of coal seams are discussed.
