Abstract: The article describes the method of estimating of energy efficiency implementation of frequency converters in electric drive of belt conveyor by the monitoring data. The investigation estimates of economic and energy effect of introduction of frequency converter, and provides an assessment of additional possible saving obtained for these electric drives in the optimization of the magnetic field induction motors.
