Abstract: The analysis of stress-strain state of dockable soil foundations of buildings and structures on the basis of computer mod-eling using finite element method was made. The regularities of changes in vertical displacement of foundation, vertical, hori-zontal stresses and strains depending on the zone settings fastening are established.
