Abstract: Results of calculation of the seemingly specific electric resistance profile with complex geological structure are presented. Significant influence of the rock contact and steeply dipping layers with different specific electrical resistivity on the distribution of the seemingly resistivity is noticed. While comparing the results of calculations and experimental data one can stress satisfactory convergence.
