Abstract: Article considers problems decision features of the goods delivery multilevel system. The list of freight motor transport performance problems in conditions of large city, necessity of strategic and tactical decisions coordination at planning of production delivery system are specified. On example of cargo delivery two-stage systems model stages of location-routing problem decision are considered, complexity of its decision is marked, the comparative results received exact and heuristic methods are resulted.
