Abstract: Method for evaluating the performance of professionals involved in the implementation and operation of intelligent control system for ammonia synthesis column is provided. Staff functions depending implementation stages intelligent control system are presented. The results of the virtual experiment to determine the amount of premiums specialists, according to the proposed function incentives are presented.
