Abstract: Effect of regeneration conditions on the stability of Na2O-Cr2O3-MoO3/γ-Al2O3 catalyst work during its cyclic dehydrogenation/regeneration treatment in the dehydrogenation of isoamylenes to isoprene has been studied. It has been shown that in the course of conventional oxidative regeneration of the above catalyst with steam-air mixture at T = 600-620°C, it was subjected to intensive sintering accompanied by its deactivation and lowering MoO3 content. Conducting oxidative regeneration at T ~ 580°C in a flow of dry air (~ 560 h-1) provides the stable and efficient work of the given catalyst for at least 50 cycles of its exploitation.
