Abstract: The propagation of hypersonic of frequency of about 5 GHz was investigated in a weak a water solution of isopropyl alcohol by light scattering. Under changing temperature, abnormal expression of acoustic and optical properties was observed. In the article that is associated with structural phase transition of the second-order.
