Abstract: "Eurasia United West Siberian Metallurgical Plant" has developed a new brand of electrodes for welding of components operating in conditions mainly abrasive wear with moderate-governmental shock loads. Coating composition contains electrodes ferrochrome, ferroboron, marble, ferrosilicon, fluorspar, manganese ferro-graphite, potash and additionally introduced nanopowder titanium carbonitride in an amount of 2.0%. Coefficient wear coating made with electrodes nanopowder of titanium carbonitride in coating wear factor above coating of continuous electrodes by 57%. Introduction of the wear-resistant coatings for welding electrodes minor amount of titanium carbonitride nanopowder greatly improves operational properties of weld metal.
Key words: electrodes weld metal nanopowder of titanium carbonitride wear resistance melting zone refractory compound microstructure
